I would highly recommend Chester Student Rentals. My son and his girlfriend rented a flat for 2 years from Kate and Wayne. As a parent, as much as you try not to, you worry when they are away at Uni and especially if it's hundreds of miles away and if there are problems, you can't just go and sort them out. Having caring and reputable landlords took away my worries as I know that if any problems arose with the flat, they would be sorted as soon as they could. I wish Kate and Wayne all the success in their business and hope they continue to provide accommodation for Students for many many years to come. Thank you for making the last 2 years of their Uni experience an amazing one.

I highly recommend Chester Student Rentals. Kate and Wayne are extremely caring and helpful in any situation! I really liked the house at Meadowside Mews because it is very, very spacious, safe, quiet and has its own parking area. I loved the location because it is not too far from the town centre and amazing for running or cycling. Thank you!

Kate and Wayne have been incredible throughout my time renting one of their houses on Jesmond. Absolutely gorgeous house and they were always extremely helpful whenever any of us needed any help. Both very lovely people and really great landlords. Since being here for a year, we only encountered one little problem which was sorted in an hour. It has been lovely having them as our Landlords.

Some of the nicest student houses I have seen and lived in. Having lived on Cheyney Road and Bouverie Street both locations were convenient to get to uni and the centre. Great landlords, would recommend to any student wanting to rent in Chester. Fabulous x

Wayne and Kate were so helpful during the process of finding a new house and landlord. The house is in impeccable condition, extremely modern with lots of space, and in a safe and quiet area. Having lived in one of their houses for the past few months, they have sorted any minor inconvenience we have had and have been regularly checking in to make sure we are all okay. Have lived in one of Kate and Wayne's houses for a few months now and I cannot fault them as Landlords! When arriving at the house it was immaculate and they have gone out of their way to make it feel homely. Since living here they have both checked up on us regularly to see if everything is okay and they are only ever a text or call away if we need them. No problem is ever too big and they're always happy to help and go above and beyond any other Landlord I have had during my uni experience. I would highly recommend choosing Chester Student Rentals, compared to other student housing companies in the Chester area they are the most efficient and attentive Landlords who genuinely care for their tenants.

My 2 housemates and I have lived in this new house only a month but we are so happy with everything. Due to the pandemic we are spending more time than normal in the house and its so nice to be in such a nice living space where everything is in great condition and working order. The house is so cozy, comfortable, and pleasant to be in. The agents and landlords have been wonderful and are extremely helpful and caring. We are extremely happy in this new house!

Wayne and Kate were recommended to me by my previous landlord, I got in contact and visited multiple properties with them and all were nice places. Kate ensured I had a room secured and I always felt confident they would help me through the process. I have just finished my final year at university and am so thankful to have found a property with Chester Student Rentals. Kate and Wayne are the most attentive and caring landlords you could ask for. Any problems big or small were sorted the same day with just a quick text or a phone call. We would also receive texts just asking if we were okay and how we're doing. Anytime we would see Kate or Wayne they would always have time for a chat. The flat was immaculate when we arrived and felt more like a home than other student housing. After a rough second year with student housing and landlords from another letting agency I never knew landlords could be so caring towards their tenants. I can't wait to spend my masters year with Chester Student Rentals. By far the best landlords in Chester!

They are always there to help with any problems I have - whether that be house related issues or personal, they are always quick to help and nothing is ever too much hassle for them! After moving out this month. I ended a fabulous 2 years in 15 Meadowside Mews. One of Chester student rentals properties. I couldn’t recommend the company more or that specific house. Over the past two years it really felt like a home away from home. Especially with how welcoming Kate and Wayne are. Any issues sorted same day or at least the day after. Very affordable base of the quality of the properties for student living. Thank you again!

Kate and Wayne have been excellent landlords throughout my one-year tenancy, they were very welcoming at the start and have always been there when either me or my housemates needed something fixing in the house. Overall the house is in a good state and the rooms are definitely good value for money. Lovely landlords and lovely property! I'm very grateful to have been a tennant with Chester Student Rentals in my second year of uni and will miss living in the property. The property had rooms of various sizes to accommodate the needs of myself and 5 other housemates. The communal areas within the property are spacious and clean. The landlords were willing to go above and beyond to make sure each of us were comfortable in their property. They are efficient in responding to our messages and were willing to address any issues we had if things weren't working properly.

Kate and Wayne are two of the loveliest people around and I would go to them with any problems I had whether it was to do with our house or not. I have almost been with them for a year now and have signed my contract for the upcoming year. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, they made our experience of choosing a house for uni so easy and simple. We have a house that has more than what we could have expected and when we have visitors we always get compliments on how lovely the house is. We all feel so comfortable here and our rooms all feel so homely. I couldn't recommend them enough as they have done so much for us and any little thing that we have a problem with is sorted pretty much instantly. If you're looking for landlords who care about you as well as giving you the best accommodation then i would definitely go to Chester Student Rentals. I can't recommend them enough!!

Well don’t know we’re to start Wayne and Kate have been a god send I had a friends daughter coming over to study at Chester university from India I had 2 weeks to find her accommodation?? Didn’t know were to start really but I rang Wayne and I have got to say what a wonderful man he couldn’t do enough for me he got her accommodation he rang me nearly every day his wife Kate emailed me she also emailed my friends daughter they couldn’t do enough to look after her she landed yesterday and got to her accommodation fine Wayne has even texted me this morning to tell me she is fine settled and loves her room ???? all I can say is if you have children coming to stay at Chester university contact Chester student rentals as you want be disappointed Wayne and Kate will look after your children like they are there own brilliant people and I thank them both xxx

Very good experience renting a house from Chester Student Rentals. The property which I stayed in was by far the nicest and well maintained student accomodation I have seen, and any issues we had Kate and Wayne sorted without hesitation. Very easy to apply for accomodation from a 5-10 minute interview in the office where forms are sorted out then and there. I would highly recommend Chester Student Rentals as Kate and Wayne keep each property maintained to a very high standard resulting in a clean, stress free experience.

Kate and Wayne are very genuine people that seemed to care about me finding the right place to live for me regardless whether it was through the company or not! Wayne did my viewing on a great house, he drove me there from their office and on the way showed me parts of Chester that would be useful as a student!
