I’ve lived in one of their properties for a couple years now and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better landlords. Kate and Wayne are always there if you need something and are some of the kindest and most understanding people you could ever meet. It’s been a real pleasure having them as landlords and hope to be back one day.

Was with Kate and Wayne for two years at 64 Gladstone Road. They are both lovely people and always there to help. Unlike other landlords, they seem to genuinely care about their properties and tenants. The house was also very spacious and was a joy to live in for the remainder of my time at university 😊 Definitely would recommend anyone who’s looking for student accommodation in Chester to go with Kate and Wayne!

Ive housed with Wayne and Kate for all 3 of my years at university and they couldn't have been better. They always did everything they could to make sure i was happy, and offer some of the nicest student houses ive seen that are clean, modern, and good value for money. Housing with the actual landlords and not an agency is also a huge perk, issues are resolved instantly and you can tell they care about each of their properties. 10/10

Really nice landlords, had a lovely two years living in their house. Responded very quickly to any issues in the house and fixed them with no problems (even the ones where we called them at midnight). Answered all our enquiries and were overall very lovely. Highly recommended having them as landlords.

Lived here in third year – really enjoyed it. The house was in a great location, close to uni and shops, which made everything super convenient. The area was quiet and felt safe. Garden was a nice bonus, especially in the summer – well-maintained and great for relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

I had a really good experience living here. I was a replacement for someone who dropped out, but even though I came in partway through, everything went smoothly. The girls in the house were so lovely. they made me feel really welcome from the start. It was a comfortable and friendly environment, and 5 mins away from uni, which meant I could still have a lie-in before lectures.

I was really impressed with my daughter's room at 64 Gladstone Road. It was spacious, comfortable and well furnished with lots of storage. The house was kitted out and maintained well throughout. The Landlords Kate and Wayne were always quick to respond to a query or the occasional maintenance requirement. As a parent, finding such a lovely house with supportive, reliable landlords was one less thing for me to worry about!

I would 100% recommend Chester Student Rentals to anybody looking for a home away from home in Chester! The house was so well furnished and decorated, that it didn't feel like a student house at all. If ever we had any queries or issues, Wayne and Kate were always at the end of the phone and willing to help. Unlike many student housing rental agencies, Wayne and Kate are genuinely happy to help, they really care about what they do, which made me and my friends feel so well cared for. I loved my first year in the house so much that I signed up for another year there at the first opportunity! Thank you both!❤️❤️
