Lovely house, friendly landlords who are very helpful! Would recommend.

I've had a really lovely 2 years renting from Chester Student Rentals and living in the house. It was clean, had just been re-painted and in perfect condition upon moving in, and since then it has been excellent. Location, furnishings, layout are all great, and most of all whenever we had an issue it was fixed immediately.
I'm reluctant to move out as my time spent in the house was so nice, but I'm sure the new tenants will appreciate it just as much.

Chester Student Rentals have been amazing! Living at Jesmond Road was wonderful, the houses they have to offer are amazing for students. Any issues are responded to ASAP and to be honest Kate and Wayne are just lovely landlords! Thank you for a great year!!

Really nice landlords, had a lovely two years living in their house. Responded very quickly to any issues in the house and fixed them with no problems (even the ones where we called them at midnight). Answered all our enquiries and were overall very lovely. Highly recommended having them as landlords.

I’m so glad we found Chester Student Rentals for our final year of university. Kate and Wayne have been excellent landlords and have sorted any issues very speedy! The house was lovely and spacious and felt like an actually home you could live in rather than a built up uni house. Thank you both for an enjoyable final year university experience!

My friend and I lived in one of Kate and Wayne’s properties during our final year at university, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house had everything we needed, and any issues or questions we had, were dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently.

Kate and Wayne were always approachable, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our tenancy. We honestly wish we had found them sooner.

We’ve absolutely loved living here and are so sad to be leaving. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable student housing where they truly care about their tenants.

If I could give more stars, I would. So incredibly lucky to have lived in one of their houses for my last year of Uni and couldn’t be happier with my experience. So quick and helpful with whatever it was we needed help with, without any fuss.
